usb typewriter

how awesome is this usb typewriter?

recently I rediscovered my dad's old typewriter but the thought didn't even cross my mind that I could re-purpose it to be a keyboard for an electronic device. I'm not sure I would do it, but very cool nevertheless.

I have a great love for stationery. Perhaps it started when I was 4 years old and my parents bought me my own "home office". Everything was pink- my own in tray, my stapler, hole puncher, pen holder. I also had rainbow paper clips :)

So I guess that's why when I was first introduced to kikki.K, the Swedish stationery store, I fell head over heels... Boy oh boy do those Sweds know their design, first IKEA then the likes of kikki.K.

R told me the other day he was in Sydney and he stumbled across an "all-white kikki.K store". How pristine!

I'm also quite smitten with their branding. These are some of my favourites from their 10/11 campaign...
